[OTR-dev] Sending messages to yourself with OTR installed

Nevermind.... figured out the source of my confusion

When debugging I had added otrg_plugin_send_default_query_conv(conv) to 
the UI callback for when a new conversation is created, and then I 
forgot I'd added the line... so I was automatically connecting :)
