IMHO, that should be cancel apply okay

this makes cancel and ok, the two choices far apart. A miss click
on apply can be corrected without the window having vanished by
having clicked  ok or cancel.

Please try to avoid having apply and ok buttons whenever possible.
If there is only one editable choice, there should not be an apply
button.
