<br>I've never seen anything but a lock icon used to indicate encryption in any app, so I'm curious what other ideas you've had in mind, and whether you've had any luck finding non-proprietary images for them.  At this point, I think any icon other than some derivative of a lock would seem to defeath the purpose of having an icon at all.  Just my opinion, but of course I'm not the developer.  I'm curious to see what other users think.
