[OTR-users] libotr/pidgin-otr 4.0.0 "beta2" release and win32 build

Has this release addressed the Yahoo message size issue where too large
messages were being dropped instead of split? I was supposed to work
through the message size settings, but never got to coordinate that with
the friend who was going to help me.
