</div></div>Seconded (from the pkgsrc viewpoint). The real issue seems to be that<br>
people working on projects don't realize that the broader audience<br>
runs code that's been packaged from actual releases, not the latest from<br>
git -- even though almost all useful contributions come from those who<br>
build from git. This has always been an issue, but it seems worse with<br>
git culture.<br>
