It's not in the US. :-) So as far as I know, it doesn't have one.

If you want to use the code in a project and then export the results,
you probably want to consult your export attorney.

With recent changes in DoC regulations it might be subject to export laws but luckily
for me I'm in Russia so I do not have to care about laws of "Evil Empire" at all :-D

If you want to export any crypto source code from the US, you probably
