Hi,

in some cases pidgin-otr may cause some other plugins to not work due
to the fact that the connection to "sending-im-msg" signal has default
priority.
Indeed in the case we have another substitution plugin and pidgin-otr
being executed before the first plugin, the substitution will not take
effect.

A solution is to set the priority of the connection to
PURPLE_SIGNAL_PRIORITY_HIGHEST instead of default.

Patch is attached (two lines).
