I've checked in a change to move the OTR button to the toolbar (but
keeping the menus).  You'll have to enable "Show OTR button" in the
plugin config (the default should now be "yes", but if you've run the
CVS code already, you'll have it set to "no").

Tell me what you think.  In any event, I'd change the menu to look like
the ones in the menu bar.
