I think I need to clarify this one a bit - AIM does allow html tags. What
I'm referring to is that in a non-html-aware interface the aim plugin will
strip them when a message is received - but that can't be done if the
protocol cannot access the decoded message. Same problem for protocols that
don't allow HTML and would normally strip it before sending.
