[OTR-dev] how to play nice with gaim-otr

Ick.  Gaim's core offers no way to create a GaimConv without  
triggering the UI op for it.  It seems like this is a split which  
would need to be done coreside; the conversation should be created  
before any of the plugin triggers are made.
