[OTR-dev] 2.0.0 pre-releases coming soon

This is somewhat selfish... but I would rather use Adium's own 
preferences system for the global and per-buddy OTR policy setting than 
use Gaim's preferences system.  Would you accept a patch to move the 
preference loading into gtk-ui.c and have a UI ops callback for it?
